As executive recruitment consultant, we are commissioned by companies to approach and present qualified applicants for open specialist and management positions. The data is used exclusively to carry out personnel searches and related activities. This data will only be passed on to our clients if the candidate has previously been made familiar with the position to be filled and has been expressed consent to pass the data on to the client. The candidates agree to a further storage of the application documents for possible future personnel consulting assignments.
Categories of personal data that we store with the candidates' application
Name, addresses, date of birth, salary details, notice periods, curriculum vitae, certificates, references (will only be addressed with your prior consent), photo. We collect freely available data from you - for example from the Internet, specialist articles or other publications - if they relate to your professional and personal qualifications.
You, as a candidate, can demand the correction, deletion, restriction or objection to the processing of the personal data at any time. The candidate also have the right to request information about its stored data. There is no legal claim to the use of its data by TRUB. The revocation simultaneously terminates the application process and triggers a deletion of thje candidates' data in due time. A consideration for current and future projects is then no longer possible. The TRUB reserves the right to delete parts or all of the candidates' data without giving reasons. An automated decision making or profiling will not take place.
Cookies
